Please note that by making an appointment with Serenity Emotional Healing you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions and agree to attend the appointment you have booked.
You can make an appointment by booking through this website direct using Jane App (existing customers) or by contacting us by phone. You will need to complete the online consent form with your personal information.
You will receive an email confirmation with important information at time of booking and also a reminder 24 hours before the appointment.
Late arrivals will still be charged the full price of the treatment.
All new clients are required to complete a questionnaire and pay for the session in full prior to the session.
The holistic practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client they deem to be unsafe.
The holistic practitioner does not prescribe, diagnose or advise on health issues, holistic treatments are not to be used as an alternative to medical care.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions cancelled by the clients with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session price which will need to be paid within 7 days of the cancellation.
Clients who are new will be charged the full price.
Treatments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will be rearranged with no charge.
The practitioner reserves the right to cancel appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice if the room/environment is wrong or the practitioner is ill.
Payment
We happily accept cards and cash.
Young Clients
Under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Adults must give permission and counter sign the consent form. An adult must always remain in the room during the session.
Inappropriate Behaviour
The holistic practitioner has the right to terminate treatment if the client is displaying inappropriate behaviour.
The client will be charged full price if there has been more than 10 minutes of treatment completed.
Privacy
All client information and records will remain confidential. Unless required to do so by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to me without your consent.
Consultation and client treatment details will not be discussed with anyone other than the client, unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a care worker or guardian.
Consultation forms are kept for 7 years after the clients last treatment.
Consultation form is also the consent form and must be signed prior to treatment.
